Shipping policy

We ship anywhere within Australia using Australia Post with tracking provided.

Flat rate Australian national postage of $12.00 and express post flat rate of $17.00

Shipping to New Zealand - when you go through the checkout, postage will show as "free". We then package up the goods and get a quote from Australia Post. You will then be sent an invoice separately for the postage amount. 

We are not responsible for lost or damaged orders once we have shipped the goods.

Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days.

Delivery times will depend upon your location.

We will combine postage with any items purchased from our sister site: sandpsewingsupplies.com.au - If you have purchased from there, please go through the checkout and make a note that you have done so, select 'local pickup' and we will package you items together and then send them out to you.

If you are in the Bendigo area and would like to collect your items, please select 'local pickup' at the checkout and we will arrange a time with you. Please allow at least 1 day for this to be arranged.
