My family has spent many years living out in the country, surrounded by clucking chickens laying farm-fresh eggs, bees pollinating the wildflowers and garden plants, and veggies growing in the sunshine.

There are many exciting things to experience in the world and many places to explore, but I’m convinced that nothing and nowhere is better than a sunny country afternoon with a book in one hand and a glass of iced tea in the other.
